All of our One-Piece Bottom Metal Assemblies are manufactured from solid cold-rolled bar stock, or drop-hammer forgings.  We CNC machine all of our parts and components of our assemblies to tolerances as close as +/- .0002".  Because we hold such tight tolerances, we are also obtaining extremely fine finishes.  This reduces our amount of handwork to bring the parts up to their final finish, thus reducing overall costs to our customers. 
     All of our parts are manufactured in very high volume in respect to the machining processes, and finished using vibratory tumbling machines.  This allows us to offer a product with exceptional features at prices that are far below our competition.  While we strive to keep the costs for our products low, our number one priority is quality, and we'll never sacrifice the quality of any of our products simply to save a dollar or two.
